Hi, my name is Eric Trekell and I am the Director of the LGBT Campus Center. Although I cheer for the badgers, I am an Aggie fan at heart. Although embarrassing to admit, I am a huge Robbie Williams fan. My hobbies include horticulture and cooking. I make a mean pumpkin tiramusui, a recipe I will guard to my grave. I am a proud Phi Kappa Tau member and even have a paddle in my office. Stop my office and chill or talk anytime. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to send me an email. My office hours are 9am-5pm variable. |

Hello everyone! My name is Robin Matthies and I am the new full time Student Services Specialist in the LGBT CC. I was born and raised in Chicago and got my B.A in Sociology and Women's Studies from Northeastern Illinois University in 2006. I am a die hard Chicago Cubs and Bears fan but to show allegiance to my new home of Madison, Wisconsin I declare myself a Badgers fan. I am an activist at heart and enjoy educating others on issues of inequality and oppression. I am a bit of a foodie, and love to try new and interesting restaurants (suggestions are welcome!). I love movies and have an eclectic collection at home, I call it my own personal Blockbuster! Stop by anytime to chat, my office hours are 9 - 5pm (variable) or feel free to shoot me an email at rmatthies@wisc.edu. |

Hello everyone. My name is Laura and I am the Web and Communications Specialist this year. I am technically a
senior and should be graduating next year if I don't change majors for the fifth time. I am from northeast
Wisconsin and although I grew up hunting and fishing, I now spend all my professional and personal time on
computers. I enjoy running, biking, and meeting new people to keep my life properly balanced and healthy. The
only thing I love more than websites is new perspectives and ideas. If you have any questions or comments on
how the LGBTCC communicates to the campus and community — via web or print — let me know!

| Salut! I'm Tina Hatch. I work as an advisor in International Student Services and collaborate with LGBT CC to support and provide resources to LGBTQ international students. You can find me in the Red Gym at ISS. I've worked in Student Affairs for several years, mostly coordinating academic support programs and working with great undergraduate SI Leaders, graduate student instructors, and with diversity programming and support. I grew up in Utah and love the mountains. I also love most things international — travel, food, music, people — and love to connect with others in more meaningful ways than simply a "tourist"! I've traveled, studied, lived, or volunteered in many countries. I speak French and Norwegian (although I'm forgetting it fast), and am passionate about gender/women's issues and poverty issues around the world. I enjoy helping and meeting students, so feel free to stop by my office. hatch@odos.wisc.edu |
