Event and Program Coordinator
The position of Event and Program Coordinator is a student staff position and will be held from July 1, 2017 through May 6, 2018. This position is renewable based upon satisfactory performance review and enrollment as a UW-Madison student. The hourly pay will be $10/hour. This position is 15-20 hours/week for the academic year when school is in session. Limited summer hours may be available. Student staff must remain in good academic standing.
The job of the Event and Program Coordinator is to work with LGBT CC staff to meet LGBTQ programming needs in relationship to LGBT CC and campus leadership initiatives. This position reports to the Assistant Director of the LGBT CC.
Hiring is contingent upon availability to participate in: 1) LGBT CC staff meetings each week; 2) pre-semester day-long staff trainings in August 2017 and January 2018; 3) additional training sessions to be scheduled by professional staff.
